Your live FIFA-style player card evolves as your rating grows.

30 days from official kick-off on 11 June 2026. Everything from check-ins to manual claims must happen inside that window to count.

Two ways. Most goals are auto-tracked from your CRANK check-ins — show up, get the point. Four are manual claims you submit yourself: bring a friend, grab a CRANK smoothie, post a pic tagging @crank.uae, and share your card to IG stories. Tap any goal in the Card tab to see exactly what it takes.

Only classes booked with a CRANK package or membership count toward your class-based goals and rating.

Your attendance stats sync overnight from MBO, so your goal tick and rating will not move immediately after class — give it until the next morning. If something still looks wrong after that, grab the team at reception and they can force a refresh.

Every manual claim (friend, smoothie, IG tag, Icon share) needs a staff member to review and approve it. That usually happens within a few hours, but it only happens during studio operating hours — claims submitted late at night will land in the queue and approve the next morning. You'll see your row flip from Pending to Approved the moment it's done.

A live score between 0 and 99, calculated from every goal you've completed plus your total class count. It updates within the hour after a check-in lands or a claim is approved.

Five tiers based on Rating — each one swaps your card to a new look:

• Bronze · 60–74
• Silver · 75–89
• Gold · 90–94
• Icon · 95–99

Your full, live reward ladder lives on the Rewards tab — it shows every reward, the points needed, and what you've already unlocked. There are three kinds:

★ Partner brand rewards

Exclusive discounts and perks with brands we love — New Balance, JetLagged Chef, SO Celery, Allez, Vita Pro and more. Some give you a code instantly, others connect you with the brand by email. Everything you need lands in your inbox the moment you unlock it.

⚡ Squad rewards

Instructor sticker packs that auto-deliver to your Squad tab as you climb. Complete your full squad (11 starters + 5 subs) for +10 bonus points and a CRANK × Liquid Of Life flask.

At the end of the 30 days, the top 11 players in each studio earn a place on the Team of the Tournament. ToTT gets its own exclusive card background and a permanent spot in CRANK history.

Tap a manual goal → fill in the details → submit. Reception reviews and approves at the studio. Smoothie and Instagram are usually instant. Refer-a-friend is approved once your friend has completed their first paid class. You'll see your claim status pill change from Pending to Approved.

No — each friend can only be claimed by one challenger. First-come first-served. If your friend has already been nominated by someone else, pick another mate to bring along.

No penalty — you just don't earn the point for that day. Streak goals require 4+ classes per week, two or four weeks in a row, so a missed week resets the streak but every other goal stays open until the challenge ends.

Scores re-sync automatically every hour. If you've just attended a class and want to see the bump immediately, the CRANK team can force-refresh from the admin side — just ask at reception.

All three are personal style. Pick the background that matches your studio vibe (Default, Dubai, or Abu Dhabi). Your goal celebration animation and country flag both render on your card. You can change them any time — saves are instant and sync across every device you sign in on.

Your studio is set automatically based on where you take most of your classes — it's not something you pick manually. You're always free to train across all CRANK studios, and every class counts toward your points and rating no matter which location you book. If you start riding more often at a different studio, your leaderboard home updates to match.
